When should a Replacement be considered versus Repair?

It is a common question, "when should I consider replacing my equipment instead of repairing it?"

Factors to Consider:

  • Is the Current Equipment Dependable?
  • Is the Current Equipment still under Warranty?
  • Is the Current Equipments replacement parts readily available and or how costly are they?
  • Is the Current Equipment Efficient?
  • Is the Current Equipment sized correcty?
  • How often does the Current Equipment tend to Fail?
  • Is the Current Equipment the old Pilot Light, which constanly burns gas?
  • Is the Current Equipments Heat Exchanger in safe condition?
  • If it is an Air Conditioner does it constanly leak Refrigerant needing a "Recharge" Every year?

Feel Free to call and ask about Replacement options if your Equipment could use an Upgrade
